Henosis Case Study
Background:
Our client was looking to dramatically reduce complexity of metrics tracking and reporting in their Order-to-Cash (O2C) core process. Additionally, our client was looking to increase both vertical and horizontal alignment of work by drafting a new set of performance measures that would drive staff alignment, supporting behaviors, and end-to-end integration of all improvement efforts.
Henosis Approach:
The Henosis team conducted a thorough end-to-end metrics assessment of their O2C core process resulting in an executive summary with recommendations for improvement. Led efforts to define a new set of performance metrics and associated measurement architecture. Assisted with implementing the new measurement architecture including implementing the Balanced Scorecard strategy execution system to drive monthly process-based strategic and operational performance reviews.
Results:
Rationalized a set of performance metrics to drive staff alignment and engagement across the end-to-end O2C process area. Dramatically reduced overall metrics tracking and reporting complexity. Generated significant capacity/productivity lift of staff through implementing several process simplification, elimination, automation, and centralization of work initiatives.
Benefits:
Increased organizational alignment (both vertical and horizontal)
Increased focus on ‘right’ leading and lagging measures to drive corporate strategy
Sustainable process to evaluate and assess metrics and associated measurement architecture including a process to conduct higher-impact operational reviews
