Conducting a daily huddle is usually associated with companies implementing the Agile and/or Lean methods, but as shown below there are 30 reasons why EVERY company (regardless of whether you are doing Agile and/or Lean) should embrace the daily huddle. Of note, the daily huddle is a 15 minute 'stand-up' meeting whereby people on a team (either departmentally or cross-functionally) state their work commitments for a week and/or day, address waiting or overdue items, and ask for help if help is needed.
