For each company, in any industry certain choices need to be made in terms of how you work, how you lead, and how you learn. It has been my experience that most companies seem trapped in their history, tradition; in short, their past. For such companies, extinction is at your doorstep; oblivion is coming your way as the world (and your more enlightened competitors) pass you by.
