We approach unconventionally... by first exposing difference through harvesting stories (micro-narratives) from your leadership and staff. Then, we look to amplify difference by creating a shared understanding, shared intention amongst your people of both what challenges exist and how best to solve them. Last, we look to integrate difference by applying the iterative method to help you prototype the new.
