Randall Scott Rogers
Randall Scott Rogers is the founder and managing partner of Henosis Partners LLC. He is an award-winning author of five books with 25+ years of management consulting experience ranging from leading business transformation programs to leading operational excellence programs, quality control programs, customer experience programs, enterprise risk management programs, strategy and analytics departments, agile/innovation labs, conflict management, and organizational development/design change efforts.
He specializes in leading dialogic-based, complexity-informed organizational improvement, facilitating large-group dialogic-based process workshops using World Café, Open Space Technology, and Circle Method (among other methods), redesigning and executing Target Operating Models, and providing one-on-one coaching and group-based training to practitioners, leaders, and teams on how better to 'Lead Through Complexity' to bring about fast, resistance-free, and sustainable change.
Meeting Structure
- Meet every 3rd Friday for three (3) hours each session
